Did you know that a correct bike fit can mean all the difference in how you feel during and after a ride. For general purposes, a proper fit allows an a person to harness all the mechanical advantages of his/her bicycle which results in a greater power output and ultimately, greater performances and results. A proper fit also helps to establish safety on your bicycle. Chronic cycling injuries to your back, neck, shoulders, wrists, ankles, knees, and feet are commonly associated with improper fit and can have a long-term impact on how those body parts function on or off the bike.
Furthermore, comfort is always important so that you can ride your bike knowing that you are enjoying it and feel that you are in total control throughout your ride.
