Weekly Summer Ride Schedule (San Marco)

Monday- 6:30pm 25 miles, 20-22mph
Tuesday- 6:15pm 40 miles, 25+ mph, race training ride
Tuesday- 6:30pm 20-22miles, 17-19mph (begginer/intermediate)
Wednesday - 6:30pm 25 miles, 22-24mph
Thursday- 6:30 Bridge nite, progressive distance
Saturday - 7:30am 25-40 miles, speed varies
